What is permanent jewelry?

Permanent jewelry is custom-fit chain that’s welded directly onto you—no clasp, no need to take it off.

Does permanent mean forever?

Not exactly. “Permanent” means it’s welded on, but it’s not invincible. If it breaks, keep your chain—I can re-weld it.

What materials do you offer?

14K solid gold, gold-filled, and sterling silver. Charms available too.

How long does a Link Up session take?

30–45 minutes per person. Events may take longer based on group size.

Can I shower or work out in it?

Yes. Water-safe metals. Solid gold lasts the longest.

Do you offer clasp options?

Yes—ask about clasp conversions if you want to remove your chain.

What happens if my chain breaks?

I offer one free re-weld within 7 days of your appointment. After that, a small fee applies.

Will you restock sold-out pieces?

Some designs return. Others are limited or one-of-a-kind. If you love it, own it

U.S. only for now. Reach out if you’re outside the U.S.

Can I request a custom piece?

Custom earrings aren’t available. All permanent jewelry is customized in person.
