Yes. Each pair is assembled by hand and finished individually. Subtle variation is part of the process.

Will my earrings look exactly like the photos?

Each piece is photographed in natural light. Color and texture may vary slightly depending on lighting and wear.

Can statement earrings be worn all day?

They are designed to be lightweight and comfortable. How long you wear them is personal.

How should I store my earrings?

Store in a dry place away from moisture and friction. Velvet and fabric wrapped pieces are best kept flat when not in use.

Permanent Jewelry

What is permanent jewelry?

Permanent jewelry is a custom fit chain welded directly onto the body. There is no clasp and no need to remove it.

Does permanent mean forever?

Not exactly. Permanent means the chain is welded on, not indestructible. If it breaks, keep the chain. It can be re welded.

Is permanent jewelry painful?

No. The welding process is quick and does not touch the skin.

What materials are available?

Sterling silver, gold filled, and 14K solid gold. Select charms are also available.

How long does a Link Up session take?

Most sessions take 30 to 45 minutes per person. Group bookings and events may take longer depending on the number of pieces being welded.

Should I schedule anything right after my appointment?

It’s best to arrive with time and space. Sessions are unhurried and designed to be experienced, not rushed.

Can I shower, swim, or work out in it?

Yes. All materials are water safe. Solid gold offers the longest wear over time.

Do you offer clasp options?

Yes. Clasp conversions are available upon request for those who prefer removability.

What happens if my chain breaks?

One complimentary re weld is offered within 7 days of your appointment. After that, a small re weld fee applies.

Do you offer refunds on permanent jewelry?

Permanent jewelry is final sale once welded.
