Warranty and Repair

Handmade jewelry comes with a 12-month limited craftsmanship warranty at no additional charge. Permanent jewelry has a three-month weld warranty.

12-Month Craftsmanship Warranty

I cover defects such as faulty clasps or improperly secured components at no charge.

Natural variations in handmade jewelry are not considered defects.

Permanent Jewelry: Three-Month Warranty

Weld repairs and size adjustments. Within three months of your appointment, I'll reweld a piece that breaks at the weld or adjust an oversized piece at no charge. Pieces that are too small cannot be seamlessly adjusted. Adjustments after the three-month warranty are $10.

Intentional removal. If you remove your piece, keep the original chain. Rewelding is complimentary within the first three months and $10 afterward.

What's Not Covered

The craftsmanship warranty excludes accidental damage (including pulling, snagging or crushing), ordinary wear, natural tarnishing or finish changes, improper care or storage, and damage following third-party alterations or repairs. Permanent jewelry is covered only for breaks at the weld, not damage elsewhere along the chain. Lost chains, charms, connectors or stones are not replaced free of charge.

Repairs Beyond Warranty

Even outside warranty, I may be able to repair your piece. I'll confirm any repair, material or adjustment fees before starting work, but not every piece can be restored.

Final Sale & Warranty

Handmade, made-to-order and custom-fitted pieces are final sale. See the Refund & Return Policy. Final-sale pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind, but eligible defects remain covered by the warranty.

Request a Repair

To request a repair, use the Contact page or social media and include your order number (or Link Up service date), a description of the issue and clear photos. Keep the original piece and any remaining components. For mail-in repairs, you're responsible for shipping both ways. I'll confirm arrangements, fees, and shipping or drop-off instructions by email before you send anything.

Prefer a repair at your location? You can book a private Link Up with a $150 nonrefundable retainer. The retainer goes toward repairs or jewelry purchased during the session; any unused amount is not refunded.
