Processing times vary by product. OLANTI offers both ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces, each prepared with care.

Processing Time

• Ready-to-ship items may ship within 1–2 business days
• Handmade and made-to-order pieces typically require up to 7 business days
• Fine jewelry made to order may require up to 2–3 weeks to prepare before shipment, depending on availability and construction

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Shipping timelines begin once an order has been prepared and dispatched.

Shipping Options

 

Free standard shipping is available on domestic orders over $50, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

Additional shipping options may be available at checkout, including expedited services. Delivery timelines for expedited shipping begin after processing is complete.

Estimated Delivery (Domestic)

 

Once shipped, standard domestic delivery generally takes 2–4 business days, depending on location.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may require additional transit time.

International Orders

 

International delivery times vary by destination. Specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, and OLANTI is not responsible for delays once an order is in the hands of the carrier.

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Responsibility

 

OLANTI is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier. Refunds or replacements are not offered for packages marked delivered, lost, or delayed in transit.
