The Care Guide
Jewelry Care
Everyday Care
Apply perfume, lotion and other products before putting on removable jewelry. Avoid harsh household cleaners, abrasive surfaces and unnecessary friction. For water-resistant pieces, rinse with fresh water after exposure to chlorine, saltwater or product buildup, then dry gently with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Cleaning & Storage
Wipe metal jewelry with a soft cloth after wear. When needed, clean suitable metal pieces with lukewarm water and a small amount of mild soap, rinse and dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners and do not soak pieces with delicate finishes or embellishments. Store jewelry separately in a dry place to reduce scratches and tangling.
Handmade Earrings
Keep handmade earrings dry. Spot clean as needed, and avoid soaking or direct sprays. Store flat when possible. If the flexible base bends, gently reshape it by hand or leave it under a flat weight to help restore its shape, avoiding pressure on raised details.
Permanent Jewelry
Since permanent jewelry stays on through everyday routines, contact with lotions, oils and perfume is hard to avoid. Wipe away product residue as needed, and dry your piece thoroughly after bathing, swimming or washing your hands. Avoid pulling your piece.
