Refund policy
OLANTI accepts return requests for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please review the details below before initiating a return.
Eligible Returns
- Fine jewelry may be returned for store credit only.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Handmade earrings, as each pair is made after purchase
- Permanent jewelry, once welded
- Custom or special orders
- Sale items and gift cards
- Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email shopolanti@gmail.com with the order number and reason for return.
If approved, return instructions will be provided. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
(Return address will be shared once a return is authorized.)
Store Credit
Approved returns are issued as store credit, redeemable toward a future OLANTI purchase. Store credit does not expire.
Damages or Incorrect Orders
Orders should be inspected upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact shopolanti@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt so the issue can be reviewed.
Shipping Responsibility
OLANTI is not responsible for packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. A trackable shipping method is recommended for all returns.
European Union Orders
For orders shipped to the European Union, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Returned items must meet the condition requirements outlined above.
