Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. OLANTI reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Handmade pieces may show natural variation. This is not considered a defect.

 

SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. OLANTI reserves the right to accept or decline any order at discretion.

Orders are not confirmed until payment is processed and an order confirmation is issued. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has been accepted, particularly for made-to-order items.

Purchases are intended for personal use only and not for resale.


SECTION 4 — PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and handling are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information and authorize OLANTI to charge your payment method for the total order amount.

 

SECTION 5 — PROCESSING, SHIPPING, AND DELIVERY

Processing times vary by product.

  • Some items ship within 1–3 business days
  • Made-to-order and fine jewelry pieces may require up to 2–3 weeks before shipment

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders over $50, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates only. OLANTI is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside control.

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. OLANTI is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after carrier acceptance.


SECTION 6 — RETURNS AND STORE CREDIT

Returns are governed by the Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

  • Approved returns are issued as store credit only
  • Refunds to the original payment method are not offered, except where required by law
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging

  • Permanent jewelry once welded
  • Gift cards

SECTION 7 — PERMANENT JEWELRY

 

Permanent jewelry is final sale once welded. No refunds, returns, or credits are offered after the welding process is completed.

By booking or purchasing permanent jewelry services, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, designs, and product names, is the property of OLANTI and protected by intellectual property laws.
