Orders

Certain OLANTI pieces are handmade, assembled, made to order, customized, altered, or fitted specifically for the customer.

Production time may vary by piece.

Once work has begun on a made-to-order or custom piece, cancellation may no longer be available.

Return, cancellation, and exchange eligibility for these pieces is governed by the Refund & Return Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, sizing information, personalization details, and other information requested for custom or fitted work.

Shipping and Delivery

Order processing, shipping availability, rates, tracking, delivery issues, address changes, international arrangements, and rush requests are governed by the Shipping Policy.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may change after shipment.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Permanent Jewelry

Permanent jewelry is final sale once welded.

Permanent jewelry may naturally experience wear, stretching, snagging, dulling, or breakage over time.

Repair coverage, fit adjustments, workmanship issues, replacement credit, lost components, removal, rewelding, and repair arrangements are governed by the Permanent Jewelry Care & Repairs policy.

By purchasing or receiving a permanent jewelry service, you acknowledge the nature of permanent jewelry and agree to the applicable service and care terms.

Services and Appointments

Some OLANTI services may require appointments, deposits, measurements, material selections, or other advance arrangements.

Any service-specific terms provided during booking, consultation, purchase, or appointment preparation form part of the agreement for that service.

Deposits and payments for services are subject to the cancellation and refund terms disclosed at the time of booking and any applicable OLANTI policy.
